Samsung announced the SGH-Z560 HSDPA phone at the 3GSM congress in Barcelona. It supports 1.8Mbps downlink and 384kbps uplink. I have no idea if it will have Bluetooth 2.0 with EDR, or if you have to use an USB cable to use it as an external wireless modem.
