miptv Cannes

From 4/3 to 4/6 the annual miptv, the global TV and digital content market, takes place in Cannes, France. Update: even though I have been to miptv before, luckily I attended the first timers intro, where I experienced a session with Paul Boross, a.k.a ThePitchDoctor.tv (Enthusiasm is contagious. Tell stories, they are invaluable. Look in one eye and make note of color!). As on every trade show in the world, you meet the most interesting people at the evening events and parties. The NipponTV party was just amazing and the Lagarde/Eutelsat event near the Grand hotel was simply stunning! As every year, miptv is just one of the best networking events in the world where you meet people from South America (Argentina, Brazil), USA, Canada, Australia within a few minutes. Second to none! The place to be!
