If you have an iPhone that has been hacktivated (not activated with an "official" SIM card by an "official" mobile phone operator through iTunes or not beeing an Apple factory unlocked iPhone activated via iTunes with just about any SIM card) and you have problems with push notifications, then try out PushFix. It costs 6$, but on my iPhone the problems with push notification immediately went away! Well worth the 6$, if you want or need push notification. Highly recommended!

Just received the book Snow Leopard Server Developer Reference by Daniel Eran Dilger. On 944 pages it is a much needed documentation of Apples newest server OS for less than 50$.
