problem with repeating events (and birthdays) on iPhone

There is a problem with repeating events (and therefore birthdays) on the iPhone. The Calendar app on the iPhone right now supports a maximum of 75 repeats. If a birthday starts in 1934 it repeats 75 times until 2009 and not any further. So in 2009 all birthdays before 1934 are not shown. Next year, if Apple doesn´t fix this bug, all birthdays before 1935 will not be shown.
