EURO2008 in Austria
From 6/7 to 6/29 the EURO2008, the European football (soccer) championship takes place in Austria. With the expected "security" precautions taking place, it is no wonder that most locals will try to be abroad and spend their vacation in a foreign country coming June.

There will be indeed a exodus of intelligence from the city of Vienna:-)

But as such virtues are in short supply here - it will not matter a lot. What will matter if the tinny city is able to survive that avalanche of hooligans from all over the world - in such a gem Vienna is.
I have my doubts - the worst to fear means being realistic, not pessimism
