great idea for ringback tones
Found a great idea for ringback tones: instead of the normal ring tone, it would be a clever idea, if you could here a message when the called party is roaming right now or some other useful message instead of of the nice but quite useless music playing.

I actually blogged about this a while ago with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) which order that mobile operators will provide a special ringback tone to the calling party when a person is on roaming.
