Mac mini with Intel chips announced

Apple announced the new Mac mini with 1.5GHz Intel Core Solo or 1.66GHz Intel Core Duo processor. Finally 4 USB2 ports, Gigabit Ethernet, two DIMM slots for up to 2GB of RAM, an infrared sensor for the included remote and Front Row, SPDIF In/Out, Airport/Bluetooth2.0 with EDR and last, but not least, a Firewire400 port that supplies 8 Watts of power. The Core Solo with Combo drive and 60GB SATA drive costs 600$, the Dual Core with SuperDrive and and 80GB 800$.
