Toshiba ultra high res LCDs

At the 3GSM in Cannes Toshiba Semiconductor showed LCDs with more than 200 ppi. A 480*640 that fits even in very small mobile phones and a 5" with 1024*600 resolution, that would be nearly perfect for handheld PCs. Theu also had Organic LEDs there. Very thin and no backlight needed, but the resolution is still much less than on LCDs.
