With sn0wbreeze (only available for Windows!) you can do a lot jailbreaking, activating and unlocking for iOS devices, that similar tools on MacOSX just can´t do. Runs under Virtualbox on Intel Macs, too. Needs more than the standard 10GB sized partition, plus dotnet3.5 (which need Windows Installer 3.1). Amazing tool!
