Apple announcements

On 10/20 Apple announced iLife11, FaceTime for MacOSX, MacOSX Lion for summer 2011 (multi touch gestures, app store, LaunchPad app home screens, MissionControl, full screen apps, auto save, apps resume when launched), Mac app store for MacOSX 10.6, and the two new MacBook Air (11.6" 1366*768, 1.06kg, 29.95*19.2cm, 5 hours battery life or 13.3" 1440*900, 1.36kg, 32.5*22.7cm, 7 hours battery life with WLAN on, SD-slot), both with NVIDIA GeForce 320m, miniDisplayPort, 2 USB ports, from 1000 to 1600$ with 64GB to 256GB SSD and 1,4GHz to 2.13Ghz Core2Duo, 2-4GB RAM, a USBstick for the restoring of software and finally a 3.5mm audio port for headphones with built-in microphone. Still no internal WAN capability. Update: no backlit keyboard, no sleep LED and no infrared port anymore!
