With TravelSIM.at you get a standard GSM SIMcard with a +37 area code for Estland. If you travel with this SIM card to various countries, you don´t pay for receiving phone calls there. The caller pays the standard calling fare to a mobile phone in Estland. Pretty interesting. I will try to test this ASAP.
