Basically, the iPod Touch is an iPhone without the mobile phone, email, Google maps, camera, microphone, speaker, microphone port and Bluetooth functionality.
Update: iPhone now available only in 8GB for 399$. 4GB models selling now for $299 while they last. Refurb 8GB for $349.
