The Linux SmartPhone Neo1973 with VGA LCD, MicroSD, Bluetooth and QuadBand GSM/GPRS (no EDGE/UMTS and WLAN!) is available now for developers for 300$. An advanced version with WLAN should be available in October 2007 for 450$.
