PagePacker creates PocketMod print outs on MacOSX
Just found this via The Unofficial Apple Weblog: PagePacker lets you quickly put together your own PocketMods from PDFs, images or pages from the DIYplanner.com template set.

This method is similar to how aviators assemble map sets so that they take up little space in the cockpit but so that you can flip through the maps following a course. Not only do they do the left to right folding but glue multiples together to scan up and down.
