HEROLD mobile

HEROLD mobile
Herold announced HEROLD mobile, an offline version of the Austrian white pages telephone directory for PocketPCs and Symbian60 Second Edition devices. Comes on 256MB miniSD or RS-MMC and takes about 160MB. You can easily copy those 160MB to a bigger 2GB card, as the application is tied to your IMSI-number, so you can have your local Wikipedia on your phone, too. Cost is 30 Euros including updates for 6 months, another 12 months is 20 Euros. If someone calls you and supplies his callerID, it shows you name and other contact data. It even allows you to find the name and address, if you just know the telephone number. Updates should be possible with MacOSX, too, at least manually.
